Introduction
Mülk (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a real estate portfolio management app developed by Aslan Eminovi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Portfolio Data
- Property details (address, value, type)
- Financial information (purchase price, rental income, expenses)

- Documents you upload (contracts, deeds, photos)
Device & Usage Data
- Device type and operating system
- App usage patterns (for improving user experience)
- Crash reports (to fix bugs)
Location Data
We access your location only when you explicitly grant permission to:
- Add properties to the map
- Show your properties on the map view
We use your information solely to:
- Provide and maintain the Mülk app
- Display your portfolio data and analytics
- Sync your data across devices
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Process subscription payments (via Apple)
AI Portfolio Assistant
Mülk includes an AI-powered assistant that can answer questions about your portfolio. When you use this feature:
- Your portfolio data (property values, rental income, etc.) is sent to OpenAI’s API to generate personalized insights
- OpenAI processes this data solely to respond to your queries
- OpenAI does not store your data and does not use API data to train their models
- You can use the app without the AI feature if you prefer not to share data with OpenAI

Data Sharing
We do NOT share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data is stored securely and is never sold, rented, or shared with:
- Advertisers
- Data brokers
- Marketing companies
Service Providers
We use the following services only for app functionality:
- Supabase: Secure database and authentication (your data is encrypted)
- Apple: App Store and subscription processing
- RevenueCat: Subscription management (only processes payment status, not your portfolio data)
- OpenAI: AI assistant feature (processes portfolio data only when you use the AI chat)
Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on secure servers with encryption
- We use industry-standard security measures
- Your password is never stored in plain text
- Financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all your data within the app
- Delete: Delete your account and all associated data
- Export: Request a copy of your data
- Correct: Update any inaccurate information

Data Retention
- Your data is retained as long as your account is active
- When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days
- We do not keep backups of deleted data

Mülk is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date.
